Summary:

Today, we are excited to speak with Jim Sheils. Together with his best friend, Brian Scrone, Jim co-founded Jacksonville Real Estate Wealth, a multi-million dollar business venture. Currently Jum and Brian have completed over 500 real estate deals and now teach their techniques at events all over the world. Jim credits their incredible success to two key things: starting out slow, and most importantly, finding the right “been-there, done-that” mentor.

The mentors that really made the difference for Jim and Brian were investors from Australia who loved to surf and invited them to join their “board meetings”. These meetings, held during surfing drips, brought in an element of fun to the stereotypical boring meetings and inspired Jim and Brian to found The Board Meeting Strategy for entrepreneurs and their families.

We invited Jim to share his amazing journey, the techniques that helped him create his multi-million dollar business, and how, and most importantly why, the Board Meeting Strategy was created. Jim will explain how using his Board Meeting strategy will positively change your life and the lives of your children’s. He will also share his principles that have helped him gain incredible success both professionally and personally. Don’t miss this insightful episode!
